Day 1 of 25 Days 'Til Christmas

And so it begins, in the same manner as years before, and in years to come; the countdown to Christmas and the mad rush to get everything done.  Kids are getting antsy, parents are getting stressed, and everyone's blood pressure is on the rise.  Frantic shoppers, angry drivers, and ruthless grannies getting run over by reindeer.

This picture inspires me to find the nearest IKEA.  How about you?

San Diegans: the nearest IKEA is in Mission Valley, by Lowes, Costco, and the Stadium. {FYI there's a Starbucks in that shopping center too, so you can pick up a nice warm Holiday drink on one of our cold SD nights.}

Tip: December is the perfect month to begin making lists.  You know the words, "He's making a list, and checking it twice..."  How else are you going to remember EVERYTHING??
