- - 3/4 to 1lb box of pasta {I love Rainbow Rotini}
- - Jarred or canned jalapeños, chopped {nacho slices}
- - Splash of juice from jarred jalapeños
- - 3/4 stick of unsalted butter
- - Half and half
- - Corn starch
- - 1/8 to 1/4 cup of cheese.. {I added a blend of cream cheese, Parmesan, and Romano from a cheese torta that I bought at Costco. YUMM}
