Easter Bunny Baking Preview with BeckyCharms

 

 

 

I wanted to bake and decorate cookies.  We baked them.  Then ate them.  They didn't last long enough to decorate.  That's my family.  *sigh*.  There's TinyBaker loving cutting out cookies.  This is a great way to connect with your kids in the kitchen.  She and I have the BEST time.  I even threw a little flour at her.  It made her laugh, then she did it back.  {-smile-} 

Reminder to myself:  I'll have to bake in the middle of the night if I ever want a chance at decorating.   Hopefully I'll be able to get some done by Easter!  The Bunnies and Carrot cookies are a perfect pair!

Nevertheless, this cookie recipe was pretty delicious and easy to make.  I found it over here at The Sweet Adventures of Sugarbelle website. {There are two recipes: one measured in cups, and the other by weight.  I tried the one in grams.}


Try it!  No chilling necessary!  {I also added less almond extract..and the almond flavor was still prevalent}
