Feisty Fresh Fruit Salad

 My favorite fruit season is when the big and juicy ripe watermelons make their debut at the market!  I always pick up 2 because they get eaten up so fast.  I'm not going to play the blame game, but I've seen a member of my family eat an entire watermelon. 

It's me. 

 So today I was cutting and slicing and dicing and admiring and lusting after my juicy watermelon when I started to think of ways to kick it up a notch, as I often do.

 Whenever I think those naughty thoughts, it makes me wonder if I should pursue a culinary degree or something on the professional level.  I can't decide.  But I can tell you that this fruit salad below will have your guests begging for mercy from delight and flavor insanity.

 My first seasoning go-to is always +Tajín México because it's easily accessible, has great flavor, and makes a dull moment null with its feisty zest and zip.

Recipe:

• Watermelon
• Pineapple
• Banana
• Tajín

Cut fruit to desired size and shape.  Sprinkle with Tajín.

Devour and enjoy.

Remember you can add any of your favorite fruit.  Feeling adventurous?  Add some crisp jicama to the mix and maybe even a squeeze of lime. *gasp*  I know, right?!

 Have fun with your food.  We get so busy with our day-to-day routine and schedule that we tend to wait too long to eat, and then gobble down whatever we see.

Take time to prepare this easy dreamy fruit salad, and kick it up a notch with some Tajín to ignite and spark your palate.
