Appropriately labeled "The World's Best Tuesday Afternoon Sandwich".. because it is!

Being a new vegetarian, I get hungry.  I'm always looking for more sources of heartiness.

I wanted something that I'd never eaten before.  I was in search of making something new and inventive.  I created this recipe, and I will make it again and again!  I suggest you try it too!  You could even make them small for appetizers and tea parties.

Sandwiches can be the easiest meal to prepare when you're cut for time, or just want a hold-it-in-your-hand kind of meal.

On a hunt for powerful flavors, I wanted to make a sandwich spread with a punch of flavor that could also double as a delicious source of protein.  I need it to fill my belly.  The spread could also become a delicious dip, or element to build upon.

A shake of all four of these spices/mixes with a drained can of black beans in the food processor, and this mashup is what you'll get! {recipe below!}

You can see how I layered mine.  I flipped it over to try it both ways.  I think I like the beans on top the best.
